The thing I like about Paul Davies' writing, is that he is making some pretty insane claims, some statements about the nature of reality which some might find to be so bold and confident and "out there" as to be egotistically audacious, and yet he manages to lay out his language in such a way that you don't feel he is stepping beyond his bounds, he is merely making suggestions as to the philosophical implications which one could extrapolate from recent (and some not so recent) discoveries made in quantum physics and cosmology. She’s only 47 inches tall, even though she’s eighteen years old.
